  • 1990 Mr Adrian Breton - An olympic medalist for shooting.

  • 1992 Mrs Margaret (Peggy) Carey - For 30 years dedicated service to the Guernsey National Trust.
  • 1993 Mr Richard Ridout - Chief organiser of International Power Boat Week.
  • 1994 Rodney Brouard - President of the Guernsey Growers Association and organiser of the award-winning stand at Chelsea Flower Show.
  • 1995 Raymond Evison - For services to Guernsey in the field of horticulture.
  • 1996 Ava Schiavetta - As a Young Enterprise member represented the UK (and Guernsey) at the International Corporate Masters Programme in New York.
